I am willing to create a poll for any publisher (using the template behind the cut) upon request. Just leave a comment saying, "Please create poll for ...." Suggestions for poll modifications are also welcome in the comments.
This post will also serve as an index to each publisher's individual poll. Results can be viewed by everyone, but only registered LiveJournal users may vote. (LJ's requirement, not mine.) This is intended to limit abuse, although there's nothing stopping someone from registering multiple accounts. Keep that in mind when viewing the results, eh?
